Extremely rude. Came in hoping to get a quick cut, and the lady there said she wouldn’t be able to since she’s completely booked up. I said I tried to book online but it wouldn’t let me. I asked how to book an appointment and she said I had to do it online but didn’t provide any assistance and told me I had to leave. I left frustrated since she was just there alone serving no customers apparently waiting for an appointment but my trim would have taken no more than 15 mins.

Me and my daughter went in for a same style (yes we have different textures of hair). Daughter went first then moments later the lady cutting my hair came in. Shown a picture of what I had in the last and what I’m wanting. Agreed on a length and proceeded from there. Not sure what happened as the agreed length kept getting shorter. Once she was done it was shorter than what I wanted but accepted ad hair grows back. Wasn’t till I got home I seen it was uneven and well as chunks missing. Not big on conflict so had to go elsewhere to get it fixed, so spent even more than I wanted. So not only did I pay a lot but I even had to get my hair even shorter which I’m not comfortable in because I have wavy hair and shrinks when dry. My daughter’s hair turned out amazing so I’m happy about that.

Should have known better. Went to three other places that were packed. This place was a ghost town, but I needed a haircut. Should have waited. Ranks in the top 3 worst haircuts I have ever received. Lots of missed patches, uneven on the sides. So embarrassed to have made this mistake, I just paid and left.

So I need a haircut. I don’t get a haircut all the time, I don’t know how busy places are, all that jazz. I’m not a fortune teller or a mind reader. However, when I call, knowing they don’t close for over an hour, and I ask nicely ~ do you have time for a 20-minute haircut? The last thing I should get is laughed with a scoffed “no” response.

It was a good experience! I have not used Supercuts before but desperately needed a trim. I called ahead and made an appt for an hour later. I showed up with mask on due to COVID. The stylist met me at the door and we went in. I told her I needed a trim and that I had washed my hair that morning.

Make sure you do not show up 20 minutes before closing because even with no one inside they do not have time for a child hair cut. Glad I called and and asked before leaving crooked river ranch. Thank you Derenda. Next time someone calls maybe tell them you close at 6 but stop taking people 30 minutes before.

Went innfor a.simple long cut pixie. The lady butchered the back of my hair and it waant even close to the style I asked for. Complained the whole time how thick my hair was. When ask to finish my cut she rudely said she had other customer’s. I left AMD had to.go.elsewhere to fix her mess up.
