Walked in for an appointment I made earlier and the large blonde woman who was working didn’t acknowledge me for about 10 mins while I was waiting. She said very un-apologetically she was running behind. Then another walk-in customer (Karen type) came in, and was almost immediately allowed to jump the line in front of me. I was stunned to be so rudely treated as a repeat customer who took the time to make an appointment. I won’t be coming back here again.

Arrived at time of open, time was accurate with opening hours posted on door and website. Staff was there, unlocked the door and told us they weren’t opening until 11. this was the worst haircut ever, I brought my 11 year old son in for a haircut, he was “graduating” from the 5th grade. My husband has been cutting our boys hair for most of his life and we decided to let him get a “real” professional haircut. I felt bad when we left, but I didn’t say anything, I just paid the $16.00 and even left a $2 tip. but the more I looked at my boys absolutely terrible haircut the more I realized my husband actually is a pretty good barber. Terrible. The front desk person overbooked the stylist who saw walk ins before my appt. At closing time she made up an excuse to not cut my hair saying my dry shampoo residue was a scalp condition she couldn’t legally handle. It was not only offensive, but she was dead wrong. I have two other stylists and a dermatologist to confirm that fact. Avoid at all costs. I wrote the owner and no one cared at all. Never heard a word. I would give 0 stars if I could.
