I called ahead of time to schedule 1 hair cut. We arrived an hour early and asked if we could schedule 1 more hair cut and the woman helping us said they had an opening at the same time we scheduled the first appointment. We came back 10 minutes before the appointment time and they said we would need to sit for a moment because they over booked which we didn’t mind and understand sometimes mistakes are made. No big deal. But unfortunately the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome. There is a woman named sunshine that I ask a few questions to and she completely ignored me at first and then I repeated myself and she was very short with the answer. She seemed like she wanted us to leave as quickly as possible which was uncomfortable. We noticed after we walked out my nephew had a cut on his ear. We won’t be returning because of this experience and the one we had before was very similar.

I got a super uneven and very short mullet with short bangs and nothing done to the thick part on the back that I went in to get fixed. I would have even tried to rock the mullet but it was so uneven and short that there was nothing I could have done to fix it so I had to shave my head… Now I have a cute, very short pixie style cut that my family teamed up on and helped me with home… Buuut I lost all my hair and 30 bucks… so yeah.

Told by staff that 2 parents cannot be with 8 year old for haircut. No postings anywhere, and nothing on the website about this odd rule. Have seen 2 parents many times before, so maybe it was just a rude barber. Haircut

I have been going to Supercuts for over a year. Never had a bad experience until today. Got a new girl, I think her name was Melissa? NEVER again will she cut my hair. My hair is super short and pretty hard to mess up. I have so many different lengths going on right now I think they are just going to have to buzz it to get it fixed!

It was my fault for having high standards for a basic place. Took my child in for a specific cut, blonde lady took literally 5 minutes or less to cut his hair and now I will have to fix it. Left with a very unclean cut. Haircut
