Critical: ProfessionalismMade my appt online. The stylist was busy so I knew I would have to wait a few minutes. 20 min later, my assigned stylist starts dryng & styling the other clients long hair. I knew it would be another 20-30min before she was free so I got up & left. I walked out the door & another stylist asked if I was coming back. Told her no, I didn’t want to wait another 20-30 min. Made my appt online. The stylist was busy so I knew I would have to wait a few minutes. 20 min later, my assigned stylist starts dryng & styling the other clients long hair. I knew it would be another 20-30min before she was free so I got up & left. I walked out the door & another stylist asked if I was coming back. Told her no, I didn’t want to wait another 20-30 min. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGreat place for a bad haircut! I asked for a fade on the sides and leave it long on top. SShe didn’t fade the sides at all (it’s all the same length) and ended up snipping away at the top of my head until it was a half inch. The proceeded to shave my hair line for no reason! Basically got a buzz cut with scissors. Didn’t show me the back of my head so I looked when I got home and it’s completely crooked! Total disregard of what I asked for. Almost buzzed my side burns completely off but thank god she asked right before she was about to do it. Great place for a bad haircut! I asked for a fade on the sides and leave it long on top. SShe didn’t fade the sides at all (it’s all the same length) and ended up snipping away at the top of my head until it was a half inch. The proceeded to shave my hair line for no reason!
