Positive: Quality, ValueJanet is a miracle worker! She and Tom worked together to fix my DISASTER of a damaged hair situation. They spent many hours patiently and determinedly working with dreaded-up, rock-like knots to save as much as they could, then she cut so well that I love my hair now. Janet is a miracle worker! She and Tom worked together to fix my DISASTER of a damaged hair situation. They spent many hours patiently and determinedly working with dreaded-up, rock-like knots to save as much as they could, then she cut so well that I love my hair now. And I thought I was going to have to cut it all off!! Thank you for helping me! Highly recommend these guys.

Critical: PunctualityI came in for mt appoinment, she was running about ten minutes. No biggie. We start talking about what we were going to do, (chop my long hair into short faux hawk), and we were vibin’, going really well until she was almost done and asked me if I wanted anything changed at all. I asked her if she was going to finish the hair cut, she said she did not have time….. End good experience here. I try to explain what I still needs to be done, and she does a few more cuts here and there and asked me again if I wanted anything else done. I said no, I dont want to waste your time. At that point i felt completely disappointed and i wanted to cry, (i did in the car). I just wanted my hair cut to be finished. It saddens me that she was ok with letting me walk out with 3/4 of a haircut. No blending, chopping, point cutting, nothing. This lady really needs to learn time management. It is NOT ok to let your client walk out with an unfinished haircut because the STYLIST was late. That’s on her. So no, i do not recommend this particular Supercuts. They don’t actually care about your hair, as long as you are in and out in under 30 min. that is fine with them. I came in for mt appoinment, she was running about ten minutes. No biggie. We start talking about what we were going to do, (chop my long hair into short faux hawk), and we were vibin’, going really well until she was almost done and asked me if I wanted anything changed at all.
