Critical: PunctualityBeen here every now and then. I made an appointment at 330pm. They said they were behind so told me to wait outside. They said they would call me. I waited outside more than 1 hour and a half. They wasted almost 2 hours of my time. There is a reason why us customers make appointments.

Critical: QualityMy fiancé and I made appointments today. Timing went well, however, Lisa Jean was completely inconsiderate of how much hair my fiancé wanted cut. She went in wanting a trim, just a few inches from the bottom. By the time she left, there was close to six inches off and she left in tears. After getting home and looking at how uneven the cut was my fiancé ended up going to another hair salon to get the choppiness fixed. Complete disappointment. As for my hair, I usually wear it short on the sides with some length on top to style. I’m not sure if I was just unclear in my description of how I styled it, or what, but I ended up with uneven hair. Basically I would had to have styled it everyday in a way I normally wouldn’t to make it look ok. I’ve had other stylists work on my hair, like Tammy and Mailor.
