Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKarin did a fantastic job coloring my daughter’s hair! She was so thorough and attentive. My daughter was looking forward to this appointment for 2 years before her parents gave in & let her have her hair bleached & colored brightly. Our whole family has had their hair cut by Karin in the past & will continue to do so. My daughter is on “cloud 9” and so am I. Karin did a fantastic job coloring my daughter’s hair! She was so thorough and attentive. My daughter was looking forward to this appointment for 2 years before her parents gave in & let her have her hair bleached & colored brightly. Critical: Quality, ValueJust moved here and just visited this location yesterday. I have never been to Supercuts before and after yesterday I’m not impressed and definitely won’t return. I understand that due to COVID you have to wear a mask going into any business but I never once thought that meant that you have to get your hair cut with your mask on. Almost $30 for a haircut that was done in 10 minutes. No one else was in the salon but me when I went at 12:30 in the afternoon but my haircut was still rushed for some reason. My sideburns won’t even trimmed because I had to keep my mask on the whole time, my hair wasn’t even cut the way I asked it to be, and it was cut so short I can’t even style it the way I normally do. The stylist seemed friendly but didn’t seemed interested in anything I had to say. Honestly she shouldn’t even have created small talk if she was anti social. Do yourself a favor and find you somewhere worth paying to get your hair done. Seems like there’s too many options around here. Just moved here and just visited this location yesterday. I have never been to Supercuts before and after yesterday I’m not impressed and definitely won’t return. I understand that due to COVID you have to wear a mask going into any business but I never once thought that meant that you have to get your hair cut with your mask on.
