I have long hair; past my shoulders. Just sent in fot a trim to take off a few inches. Stylist was very pleasant, hair cut was satisfactory and quick. I felt safe in terms of covid-19 safety measures. Only 2 of us in the room, we both wore our masks the whole time, they appeared to be following a standard of cleaning/sanitizing.

WORST haircut. I think it was this guy’s first day (I will not put his name on blast). He should not have been cutting hair on people. He needed more practice on mannequins. He was constantly asking the other employee for assistance. Mind you I think I have fairly easy hair to manage; straight Asian hair. All I wanted was a few inches off and a tapered V shape in the back. God bless her soul, Joy (the other employee) was trying her best to remedy his mistakes, but it was too late. I got TERRIBLE layers that I didn’t ask for. The shortest layer had more than a foot of hair cut off from the original length. I want to cry b/c it will take me 6 months to a year to grow back my beautiful hair. I look like I just got back from a chicken fight and I was the losing chicken. My birthday is in a couple days, my fault for thinking I should cut my hair before an event. Not only did I get a horrendous haircut that will haunt me for months, it took 2 hours to do, and I still paid and tipped. I am traumatized from ever getting my haircut from anywhere ever again.

Good luck getting you hair cut here, they don’t have the app working. When you call they will say they have no openings. when you show up you will find out it is a different story. This place is 100% garbage and there is a female that works there who is very lazy and toxic. usually she is the one saying they have no openings when they do and it is just so she can go home early.

Chau Chau used to be at Mastercuts and recently moved to Supercuts. I’ve been going to her for over 5 years and will follow her anywhere. She is great with hair coloring and cares about you as a person. You should ask for her next time you go there.
