I went in as a walk in for a shampoo & haircut one Tuesday afternoon when my hair was making me crazy hot and I was finally fed up with how long it had gotten. There was less than 5 minutes wait. The stylist I got was very nice, and although my cut is super basic (a basic a line bob, longer in the front, shaved up slightly in the back) she asked a lot of questions to make sure she knew precisely what I was expecting to end up with. I am always reassured by stylists who aren’t afraid to do that especially the first time I meet them. I wasn’t surprised in the end to see that she got my cut exactly right. I was a little surprised by how quickly she was able to cut my hair. My hair isn’t thick but there’s a lot of it and it often takes a longer than average amount of time to cut, particularly when I’ve procrastinated getting my hair cut and I’m having several inches taken off (I left about 6” of hair on the floor that day). Overall I was very happy with the service. I plan to go back to have my eyebrows waxed.

Everything I come here I get the same stylist. Hair changes every time even though I ask for the same haircut. Ignores specific requests and blames the shape of my head for less than acceptable cuts. Yet I go too another barber and my haircuts are superb! I guess I need to stop coming here.
