Second time at this location with the same stylist Sharele refusing service. I checked in online had an 11 am time slot first she lied and said I was pushed back by the system til 4 pm. When I showed I was checked in for 11 her story changed and she tried making me wait an additional 1:30 from my original time slot in order to receive service. I anlso received the email after leaving the store that she canceled my 11 am time slot. Unless you’re her regular she will bump you to accommodate other people. I will take my service elsewhere

Fast and efficient. It is strongly suggested that you download the app and book a haircut slot 48 hours before. Doing so saves you a lot of time waiting. You can walk in of course, and you can call in and make an appointment but the app is the most efficient way to do it.

STAY AWAY. I have been coming here over a year and the past few months the quality has gone down the drain. I just went in today (7/25/12) and told the lady exactly what I wanted and I got the opposite. I told her I wanted a tapered cut, with a medium cut on top so I can style, and wanted no sideburns so the area above your ear is cut straight. What I got instead was a buzz cut, sideburn was cut diagonal and the top was cut way too short. She never stopped to ask how it was so far so she just kept cutting away, since I wear glasses I couldnt see what she had already done. After she showed me the mirror, I just paid her and left as I didnt want her to ruin it any further. This is the last time I go to ANY supercuts. They have lost mine and my family’s business. STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
