I walked in at 11:15 am and was greeted by the most disorganized stylist. I was told there wasn’t anything available until1pm although they preferred people to use the app. I said that would be fine e an I could be back at 10m. She said she would mark it for me. She never asked my name and when I came back at 1 she “claimed” I said there were other places I could go. I would give this place a zero rating if I could.

Took my husband for a quick haircut before returning to work Tuesday and had an appointment for 9:20, at 9:35 he finally sat in the chair. He told the stylist he wanted a wash because he’s been working on his car and felt like there was grease in his hair. She told him she was behind and didn’t have time and cut his hair as it was. I’m sorry at what point does your packed schedule diminish your service to a customer. Won’t come back.

My son is in highschool and of course has to have a great haircut, Ariana is that person. There is no one else he wants to get his haircut by besides her. Yes we do wait longer than the appointment time but my son does not mind at all because it well worth the wait, with what Ariana does to his hair. He is always happy with his cut leaving here. She is his only go to!
