Booked online scheduling went well.. Went in to clean up the homemade bangs my daughter had done. “Clean up” and motioned to the hair line where bangs begin. Asked to not go any shorter and just clean up look. Stylist slightly trimmed bangs on forehead and did 2 cuts to angle longer strands on side. Did not clean the hair line so bangs are various strands at various lengths.. Not what was asked for or expected.. We didn’t ask for anything further just out of dissapointment. Got charged $30, could’ve paid $60 and had top service else where.. Got what we paid for, actually got less then we paid for.

Booked my appointment online few hours ahead of time, checked in, wasted more then half an hour waiting for my appointment, and ended up leaving. Born and raised on the island we of Kauai this is by far the worst Hair Salon I’ve been too been going here for years now.. only good barber here is Kahai otherwise I highly don’t recommend this place due to terrible staff, waiting time, and same issues over the many years. I suggest going to other hair salons… save your money and time. Thank you

Aloha my wife is a 52 year old disabled woman that came into your Lihue shop Yesterday.. She had an appointment at 6 pm, entered facility. Was greeted, checked in. Shortly afterwards was called by name by the only female worker on duty. Sat down showed her a pic of a “Pixie” hair cut that I want done. My wife had long black hair passed shoulder length.The hair tech said ok she’s able to that. So she started the process. Love the new style and washing was very gentle. Staff was very friendly. There were 5 people cutting hair, but is was soothing inside. The woman that did my hair followed directions plus asked questions to clarify the type of cut I wanted to make sure it was cut the way I wanted it. Thanks for training your staff well.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady that cut my hair didn’t even know how to Fade and been working in the barber industry for 6 years. dropped equipment while trimming. Rushing. Kahai and the rest are good barbers but this particular lady isn’t worth getting a cut from. Not hating just being blunt. wasn’t satisfied with my cut.

Haircut was fine although had to wait 20 minutes even though it was scheduled a day in advance. Safety protocols were over the top which is fine. But then I noticed the other person getting a haircut never wore a mask. So no consistency with enforcing their own rules. Frustrating.
