Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI arrived at open 9am for an urgent haircut. To my surprise there was a sign on the door that they would be opening late at 10am. I waited an hour to make sure I was first in line. I checked on their site to see if I could “login” ensuring my position in line and that feature was not active at the time. A local arrived behind me and when the doors opened at 10am I was first in line and explained I had been waiting since 9am due to urgency. She took the local ahead of me, neither of them respecting the time I had put into waiting at the door. The stylist appeared kind, but I was left to feel walked on and neglected. Shame on the local who carelessly cut in line without any regard for others. He seemed like the kind of thin skin that would have thrown a fit if he was in my shoes.
