Critical: QualityHave been there twice since moving to Keaau. First time was great. The person did a super job. Very pleasant and she took her time and did a fantastic job. Not this last visit. When the girl was finished, I had a cut that looked like Moe from the Three Stooges. I even brought pics to give her a general idea of how I wanted it cut, but she ignored them. Since I won’t go back there again, I’ll have to find someone else to fix it. If you’re going to cut hair, at least try to do it right. Have been there twice since moving to Keaau. First time was great. The person did a super job. Very pleasant and she took her time and did a fantastic job. Not this last visit. When the girl was finished, I had a cut that looked like Moe from the Three Stooges. I even brought pics to give her a general idea of how I wanted it cut, but she ignored them. Since I won’t go back there again, I’ll have to find someone else to fix it. If you’re going to cut hair, at least try to do it right. If you can’t, just say so.

I told her many times — right side part with side swept bangs, long,and layered — She kept saying ‘No one saidlayered with sideswept bangs’ and I kept saying — ‘Yes, that’s what I want!!’ She kept on cutting it her way — blunt with blunt bangs. I finally said – that’s good, paid the bill (around $60!!) and left. I paid the bill and left, feeling lucky to have any hair at all—- it’s hit and miss there. Critical: Professionalismbooked an appt with Nani, no one helped upon walking in, heard her talking in the back but she didn’t come out, another worker came in the store and asked if I was being helped and I said no, then Nani came out from the back and helped a man that just walked in, Nani told the other worker that she can help me and she will take the new customer. Then Nani set up the register to overcharge me but the stylist who helped me changed it to the correct one. booked an appt with Nani, no one helped upon walking in, heard her talking in the back but she didn’t come out, another worker came in the store and asked if I was being helped and I said no, then Nani came out from the back and helped a man that just walked in, Nani told the other worker that she can help me and she will take the new customer. Critical: ProfessionalismI spoke with reception prior to our visit to ensure my ten year old son could accompany me on my visit. As I Ma a single mom I could not leave him with anyone else. Reception spoke with the supervisor and said this was fine and to come in I came for my appointment and then the supervisor told me to leave my son outside the store for my service which would be over an hour. Wasted my time driving there when I could have gone somewhere else. Will never return. I spoke with reception prior to our visit to ensure my ten year old son could accompany me on my visit. As I Ma a single mom I could not leave him with anyone else. Reception spoke with the supervisor and said this was fine and to come in I came for my appointment and then the supervisor told me to leave my son outside the store for my service which would be over an hour. Wasted my time driving there when I could have gone somewhere else. Will never return. Whatever, people have off days. Check in. Wait outside. A group of a bunch of kids is called in before me even though I know they got here after me. Same thing happens again with another customer. I don’t honestly care if the wait is going to be a whole, but at LEAST have the decency to tell people, and to update your online system so it shows an accurate wait time instead of 20-30 mins when I’ve been here for over an hour. Booked online for 1:30 and got there around 1:25. Both stylists were cutting hair, the one I told my name to for in store check in was curt and rude. Whatever, people have off days. Check in. Wait outside. A group of a bunch of kids is called in before me even though I know they got here after me. Same thing happens again with another customer.
