UPDATE: the manager, Deja, was gracious enough to fit me into her schedule the day after my first Chuong haircut and fixed it up the best she could. It has gone from a bad hair cut to an official 25 dollar cut. You get what you pay for. I have switched my rating from One star to three stars because of Deja’s kind attitude and customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Chuong was my hairdresser, and I felt immediately afraid when I had to explain to her how to trim my layers… I have long hair and wanted a quick trim to get rid of dead ends. First, Chuong did a rudimentary trim of the bottom of my hair, very simple, like a haircut you would give a four year old child. She didn’t even really get all my hair tucked behind my ears and mask etc. She then began taking my apron off. I had to tell her again that I needed the layers trimmed too. She didn’t understand, and I held my breath as she started taking chunks off. The result is my hair in two very distinct layers: one bottom layer, and one defined, chunky, clumsy layer that’s about four inches shorter than my other layer. No gradient in the layers at all, just one long and one short. The way in which she was cutting my hair did not look right, definitely not the same way other stylists have cut it. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home, but my intuition was screaming at me during the entire cut “RUN!”. I have no idea how someone who produces a haircut like this can be employed, maybe Chuong might be good with men’s haircuts… maybe… but I will not be going back to her for my hair. I am waiting on a call back from the manager and hopefully I can go in and get it fixed by someone who is competent in women’s long layers; if not I will be asking for a full refund.

Customers service good. Services I got was shampoo, deep conditioning, blow out & flat iron straightening.Blow out was not good so I had to ask for her to use the straightener afterwards & it still was not done well.

Vickie was AWESOME! It was my daughter’s first time getting professional highlights and she was pretty nervous but Vickie eased her into it by talking story and making sure she understood the process and was comfortable with everything before continuing. I walked in to a worker playing on her phone. She seems in a rush and does not ask how I want my hair cut. She begins to cut and does not even style my hair to how I came in. Says finish. Looks terrible and I always cut my hair there and always look good. To fix it she tries to cut it short with out blending it and gets worst. She was rushing the whole time. She should be fired.
