I had made a reservation at Kailua supercuts to get my hair trimmed and colored with lowlites. The girl who helped me trimmed my hair so quickly that I felt it was very unprofessional. Then she asked if I wanted to get my roots done in addition to the lowlites, which I agreed. She put so much dye on my roots, that she had to have a coworker make more hair dye to do the lowlites. All the while she was texting on her phone and was very distracted. Again very unprofessional
