Butcher shop. I came in for a simple haircut. #1 on the sides, #4 on the top, strait edge along the neck at the back. I could “do” it myself, but I can never fade it right…so I pay someone. I came out with a full buzz cut. She never changed the guard, just ran the thing over the top of my head. Then…without even asking…she cut a chunk of my beard off. No guard on the trimmer, just went from trimming behind my ear, to removing my beard from my cheek barely to my jaw line. I asked her what she was doing and she said I told her to trim it. I absolutely did not. She ruined my hair and my beard. It just looks awful. I normally trim my beard down even with my mouth, she removed almost everything above my jawline. Stay far far away from this place. You can see in the pictures, that’s not even close to acceptable. Never again.

We have we have been going here for years and the staff is always super friendly. They do great haircuts for boys and beard trims for Dad. Also across the way from Genji Sushi which is one of our favorite restaurants in the mall.

An unacceptably bad job was done with my haircut, it was rushed and the resulting haircut was asymmetric in an incredibly obvious manner. I would advise that no one goes here. She shaved my beard even though I did not ask for that and she only shaved ONE side. I did not notice until afterwards as I was not wearing my glasses.

Terrible customer service! I wanted to get a hair cut for my child, but the lady that was working there didn’t even attempt to do the service, claimed he didn’t sit still and said “i can’t cut his hair”. I was in and out in 2 mins. I don’t recommend this place or any other Supercuts!!
