Critical: ProfessionalismSon had a haircut appointment @ 11:00 am, checked in at 10:45, was told by receptionist to wait outside, someone will call or come out to when his stylist was ready, at around 11:15, receptionist comes out to say, stylist will be right with you, I said ok. Was wondering why it’s taking so long, cause it’s past 15 minutes of his appointment, see’s this guy walks in, with no appointment made, receptionist takes him in, went to ask why he got taken in, when we’re waiting for my son’s haircut, Other stylist comes to the front and tells me, that you checked in and I said yes, makes no big deals about it, and says, your stylist will be with you when the other person who had no appointment at all, is finish cutting his hair. Wow!! No words at all to say, how unprofessional they were at all. No Sorry or Aplogies we’re given to me and my son. So I took my business somewhere else. Son had a haircut appointment @ 11:00 am, checked in at 10:45, was told by receptionist to wait outside, someone will call or come out to when his stylist was ready, at around 11:15, receptionist comes out to say, stylist will be right with you, I said ok.
