2/10 times, they’ll get it right. I’ve had some nice stylists who do exactly what I want. However a majority of the time, they botch the haircuts. It is unfortunate that they remain one of the only places to get a haircut as of now, but I will no longer be going to this branch particularly. My last visit yesterday included a stylist arguing with me over what I requested. Not telling me he didn’t have the capability to do that cut or whatnot, but simply telling me no and ignoring my requests for the cut. What he did leave me with wasn’t the worst thing in the world, but in itself is uneven and messy.

I walked in to the store today, no reservation. Some people were just finishing up and there was no one else around. There were two people working but I was rudely informed that there was no time horizon anyone else thus afternoon, even though clearly there was no one there.

Made an appt the day before for 10:20. But wasn’t seen until 10:45am. Busy day because of school starting with big families in the editing room. Was seen by Isaiah, newish hair stylish. he understood what I wanted and gave me a good cut. Nicked me a couple of times during cleanup but overall good! Will become a great hairstylist! Clean store. Nice workers. Ended my appt at 11:30. Don’t do walk in, gotta do an appt
