I debated whether I wanted to go in and get my haircut because I had messed up my hair during the pandemic and wasn’t sure if my hair could be saved or I needed to go really short. I was helped by Bernie and she made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns on how damaged my hair was and how I can save my hair without going too short. She help me to go with a nice hairstyle where it wasn’t too short and also gave me tips on how to help my hair get healthy again. Since then I haven’t died my hair or use boxed hair dye I’ve been letting my hair grow and only getting trim haircut for now and soon will be coming in for a nice cut and color with Bernie. I came to have my bangs cut. Altho we checked in on-line, we had to wait 10 minutes. Not bad! The stylist kept checking if I was happy with the progress of the cut. She did a very good job, using a thinning shears for a wispy look. They all were very sweet to us.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI walked in today for a hair cut and asked when their next opening was, they told me the next was 1:00pm. So I left and went next door to wait. I came-back and waited but 1:00 had already passed. Noticed a walk-in that came after me was seated and the stylist who made my appointment wouldn’t even look at me. If it was an appointment then they shouldn’t have scheduled me for that exact same time. One of the other stylists noticed and said they’d be with me in a second so I thought everything was ok. 7min passed and nothing so I decided to leave.
