This place used to be my go-to haircut spot for years until the pandemic hit, prior to the pandemic they had a special where you paid a monthly fee, which allowed you to have as many haircuts as you wanted for a price that was actually cheaper then there actual price for 6 months, after the 6 months the rate increased to $20 a month, which is there normal price for one hair cut, seemed like a no-brainer, well then the pandemic hit, their hours of operation were hit and miss, meaning they might not be open that day even though it was posted they were open. And then the days they were open you had to make an appointment online only. Which couldn’t be made until they opened, tried to make an appointment 5 minutes after they open they were already fully booked for the day. And even now after pandemic has passed still very difficult to get in. If you’re lucky to make it in staff still gives quality haircuts, it’s too much of a hassle had to find something else

i was on vacation w my grandparents and got permission to get a haircut. i specifically told the stylist not to cut it too short. it came out much shorter than i wanted, and shorter than the photo i showed her. she also messed up the parting in my hair so it was way too far over. the day after the cut my hair looked miserable, i wore a hat for the rest of the week. the stylist of the haircut i got a couple months later (completely different salon) even commented on how butchered the parting of my hair was. i dont even live in california and i still wouldnt want to go back here.

I was sold a test member ship for unlimited haircuts but they are always booked up every time I call or go in to get haircut. i have been rejected over the phone and in person. Why sell the membership if you cannot provide the services. I purchased it months ago but got hair cut twice with a lot of efforts. I don’t think I’ll get my refund but I can definitely QUIT going to super cuts and find a locally owned shop for haircut. Mistake is only once but repeatedly mistake of going to super cuts be stupidly! Thank you super cuts you are good sales people but can’t provide the services! Done

Booked an online Supercuts appointment for 5:20pm. Got to the shop and was faced with a notice on the door that they arbitrarily closed at 5:00. Went across the parking lot to Xpert Cuts and Kendle made room for me on her schedule. Was getting an awesome haircut 10 minutes later. THANKS KENDLE!! I’ll be a regular there going forward

The few ladies that work here are very talented but very understaffed and neglected. 3 weeks in a row I’ve called and they are booked all day or have a 5 hour wait and the girls don’t even have a chance too.answer the phone because they have not hired an assistant for the front desk even though the phone rings off the hook 24/7 and most of the time they have a line of people but only 2 girls running the entire business. HIRE MORE STAFF AND GIVE those girLS A RAISE!

After she got off work she drove to the place where she gets supplies and got it for me. On her own time!! This speaks levels to me. I will continue to get my hair cut there.

Great service and great cuts. They even keep notes of what was used on last haircut to help other stylists for repeat customers. Very worth it. Plus dont take future apts only day of so no issues with getting haircut in couple days if not same day just call first thing to schedule reservations
