If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The customer service was horrible. The hair cut i got is disgusting. If you want any type of haircut, DO. NOT. GO. TO. SUPER CUTS. I asked her for a slight trim and she took off so much more then just dead hair, I showed her how much I wanted off and then she showed me how much she would cut and she went so much shorter than she said she would, I also asked for some face framing pieces, and I showed her I didn’t want it to be above my chin, and now I can barely tuck the “face framing pieces” behind my ears, it looks like I have grown out bangs, and the sections she took are so uneven and the cut was uneven, when I got home I had to cut one side even shorter so it would match the length of the other side. And they still look choppy. And while I was getting my hair cut she kept walking away to talk to other people and attend (to what I assume) her regulars. She seemed very distracted and she wasn’t paying attention to what she was actually doing. Her eyes were very wide and bugging out too, wouldn’t be surprised if she was on something. Overall this is the worst ever haircuts experience I have ever had and I will be cutting my own hair from now on, never letting another person touch my hair again.

This is the most unprofessional hair saloon I’ve ever seen. I scheduled an appointment as a new customer, and she cut me really quick in 5 minutes, so she could take one of her regulars, who came in without an appointment. I’ve never had my hair cut in 5 minutes. It was only when I got home that I saw it was uneven, and there was a long tail of hair hanging from the back, and I had to fix it myself. $26.00 for a sloppy job. They were also forcing customers to wear their masks, even though some of the employees themselves didn’t have masks.

Came into get a haircut and that was fine, lady trimmed my mustache literally for 3 seconds, just took a few hairs off, and the person at the register charged me full price for a beard and mustache trim, even though the girl that cut my hair told her that she barely touched my mustache and not to charge me. Last time I go to a place that rips you off blatently!
