Went in yesterday to get rid of my dead ends. Not sure what the lady’s name was who did my hair, she was an older Indian lady with glasses, but it was uneven and she kind of messed it up. I had to go back in and have it fixed but I had Coraima do it and she did a great job. My hair was shorter than I wanted but at least she was able to even it out and took her time. The lady who cut my hair initially didn’t even acknowledge me and completely ignored the fact I even came back 45 mins after she just cut my hair. Rude and unprofessional if you ask me. Thank goodness Coraima was there and I didn’t let the other lady touch it again.

I had few experiences with touch up and it was fine! My person’s name was Julia! After few times I thought she can do color and I let her do my hair for 250$!!! Worst mistake ever!!! I got 3 shades of orange and yellow on my hair! She did not know what she is doing and she didnt say that!! I waste my time and money for 5-6 hrs I was there! She asked to fix it but if she doesn’t know simple color how she wants to fix it?!! Dont do any colors with them.

I have only been to this salon for once. I made an appointment to color & highlight my hair for 300$ with JULIA BALZER , and by the time I came in, one of the other employee went and whisper to make it expensive and Julia said it’s going to be 700$ because my hair is too long and she have to work too many hours on it, at the beginning I said we didn’t deal for 700$, but after i just didn’t want to argue about it and I agreed and said ok that’s fine we can start since I am here now, and She said “no you should go to different salons and see the prices there, and come back” I told her that I don’t have time going to different salons just to check the prices, I am a college student I have school. 1. I made an appointment, 2. I agreed with the price, 3. didn’t had anything against her I was-not rude but oppositely was nice to her, But she told me that “I am wasting her time, and that the people are waiting for her, and I should leave. I Asked her what’s the problem? She answered “that she feel uncomfortable working on my hair unless I go check prices at different salons and come back to her, and understand how much effort she puts .
