I like Supercuts because you can make an appointment. It was my first time at this location. It had been 2 years since I’d had it cut by a pro. My friend cut my hair badly. I asked for a layered cut and indicated the length. It was cut much shorter and I couldn’t tell it had been layered. Maybe it was so uneven that she had to cut it shorter. I wish she would have mentioned it to me. It’s an ok place.

If it let me give a 0 star review I would, this is one of the worst place to get a haircut. I came in asking for 1 inch off all around. THEY CUT 3 INCHES OFF! I came out looking like I was bald. They can’t even give you a fade properly. They cut the top almost completely off when i asked for it to be curly on the top. THEY DO NOT LISTEN! If you have curly hair do not go here!

I’ve been four times and had 3 different people cut my hair. The first two did a great job and the service was great. The third girl (forgot her name has dark/black hair) can’t cut and sucks at layering, cut uneven chunks of hair off and called it “layers”. If you happen to get her be ready to hate your haircut for months before it grow back to the old length.

Emily did a fantastic job on my hair. I had a mismatched blonde, with red and golden tints in it and she was able to safely even out the color and did a great job in helping me to get the desired result. I have been a regular customer at Ulta salons but I am switching to this salon. I definitely recommend the salon and Emily.

Sloppy work. Came in to get my undercut trimmed. I can forgive the uneven lines in the design since she had not done an undercut before, but she shaved outside the already shaved zone. Mostly upset about how far she shaved up the back of my head making my hair look thinner towards the crown. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Not with the lack of attention to detail that was displayed.
