Went to this establishment and was immediately greeted with rudeness. As I was getting my hair cut in the midst of my hair cut a rodent ran across my feet. The employees acted like nothing happened when I was startled. As I attempted to end the service the super cuts manager demanded I pay for this service. I was not pleased with the customer service I received.

My regular haircutter wasn’t available so I was assigned to Azucena. She was working on another person’s hair coloring but was able to cut my hair as well in a timely manner. She even trimmed my beard and did a much better job of it than I usually do.
