Dissapointing. I just finished my haircut and wash. The place is great, lady at the reception was very friendly, as was the other female barber. But the guy (short caucasian guy with the colors in his hair. I believe his name was Josh) who cut my hair was extremely unfriendly and incompetent, really the worst barber I have ever had in my entire life. He always looked grumpy, never smiled once. He looked like he had a bad day. I admit, I had a hard time explaining how I wanted to get my hair done but then he answers like ‘well it’s your hair’, instead of maybe giving me some ideas or giving me some time to think. Made me really feel uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable to me. He looked like he didn’t enjoy his work at all. Totally didn’t like the end result of the haircut, he completely has no creativity or feeling about how great haircuts should look like. He also didn’t show the end result of the back of my head. Yes, I could have asked him all that, but why do I need to ask for everything? Honestly, I looked better before cutting my hair. After he washed my hair, before I had the chance to say something he puts gel in my hair rightaway (my hair was still all wet) instead of drying it first or asking what I prefer. This guy is literally the WORST barber I have ever had. You completely added some negative energy to my Sunday. If I could give -2 stars I would have hit it. It costs 25 dollars, but honestly, the haircut he gave me was not even worth 5 dollars. If you charge 25 USD you better take some additional lessons, work on your skills and customer friendliness techniques or get someone else to do the job. The only thing good about my appointment was the friendly female receptionist and the other female barber.

Not only did my stylist fail to use my very detailed reference but absolutely went ham on my poor hair and absolutely ruined it. I take great pride in my hair but am now ashamed to even go out in public. School starts in a few days and I think I’ll have trouble being willing to even get out of bed. Absolutely do not recommend unless you want to shave your head. But honestly I wouldn’t even trust them doing that, they would probably manage to cut one of your ears off.

Took my daughter here who has long hair and she is kind of nervous to get her haircut. The lady cutting her hair was very rude and rough. She did not talk to my daughter or try to make her feel comfortable. She was annoyed that my daughter had long hair and that she had to comb it. She acted angry. She yanked on it hard as she brushed it, I felt sorry for my daughter. I ended up combing it. I thought about getting up and us just leaving. Worst experience. Lady barely responded when I spoke and would not make eye contact with me and never smiled, not once. My daughter’s hair is is obviously crooked, too. I will go to a real salon next time.

i have been getting my hair but here for about 10 years. It is fast and cheap. You can call ahead up to an hour in advance, but they aren’t great at predicting the wait so bring something to do. They recently started doing this thing where they wipe your hair off with a hot towel, which i am not into (its weird and also i have to stuff do), but if you tell them you aren’t into they will skip it. I do like that they track what kind of haircut you get and when your last haircut was, which answer the two most often asked questions. They have never really messed my hair up, which i think is high praise.
