So I don’t understand people’s problems with this place. It’s a great place. I’ve been going to the same hair dresser for 20+ years. But her husband died so she’s taking some time off. In the meantime, I went to this place and they’re great! The staff is super friendly, I’m acknowledged as soon as I walk in the door, the place is clean, they know exactly what they’re doing, and I even saw a woman let the hair stylist figure out what look worked best with the woman’s face because she trusted the stylist so much. You can’t get any better than that.

Why can’t i vote negative stars? Like vote to just remove the store from existence? This is the absolute worst haircut I have EVER received. The clueless girl who cut my hair had absolutely NO idea what she was doing and completely butchered a simple haircut. I shave my pubes with a throwaway razor a dozen times better than she cuts hair. She didn’t even have the knowledge which someone would have coming out of beauty school; and I would know because my cousin is about to graduate from her beauty school. I felt like I was one of her very first haircuts. She belongs in one of those student haircut places where people voluntarily get their hair ruined. Oh wait! I’ve been to one of those and it turned out volumes better than what I’m stuck with now. And what convenient timing too! Tomorrow I’m supposed to take my senior portraits but I don’t really know how I’ll explain to my family why I look like a transvestite hipster Russian with daddy issues. Hold on, yeah I do. I got the worst haircut of my LIFE. I should have spat on the cash register and walked out without giving those beauty school dropouts a single cent.

I went here the two times because I needed a haircut super last minute and all other places were closed. My hair has been uneven both times. I always have tell the person cutting my hair that’s they need to cut a little more on this side, etc. Don’t get me wrong the staff are super friendly but nah don’t go here.

DON’T DO IT!!! My twin boys look ridiculous! There were two hair stylists there, and neither one could cut a straight sideburn to save her life. One of my sons, who had slightly longer hair, ended up with what appears to be a modified bowl cut with one side burn not quite reaching the bottom of his ear lobe and the other one about three quarters of an inch below. And that was after I had already seen that one was shorter than the other and asked her to clean it up! My other son, who likes his hair shorter on the sides and in the back and longer in the front, ask for his hair to be eyebrow length after it was side-swept… She made it eyebrow length and then swept it to the side. So now it’s so short it comes an inch and a half below his hairline when he brushes his hair over to the side. And if he doesn’t, he’s got straightforward goober bangs. Plus, she parted his left parting hair really far toward the center and she only cut the hair to the right of the part as bangs. The hair to the left of the part she cut super short like the rest of the side… Except those were part of his bangs! Now when you look at him straight on it looks like somebody took the scissors to his bangs and cut the left corner of them about an inch long and left the rest a more normal length. It’s so goofy! They’ve had bad haircuts before in their lives, but these are the worst they’ve ever had!

I just got a haircut now in Dixon, not a good place for a haircut, the stylist was really in rush with no smile on her face, I won’t recommend this place at all. I am so upset with the stylist( Katie). Plz don’t go there.
