First off, I am appointment and was there 5 minutes early. The lady at the front said I had one word on ahead of me and it would be 10-15 minutes. I was ok with that. 30 minutes go by and I ask why are they taking people ahead of me and she said they have to take walk ins first. What is the point of making an appointment then? I could understand if I was late, but at 1:40 she should be taking the client with an appointment first. The hair cut was mediocre and it cost 25$ to cut a 7 year old fade that took about 7 minutes. I tried to pay with a 100$ and of course they did not accept it. I will never go back. Poorly managed and way over priced.

I recommend to make an appointment ahead of time it will save you some time! The lady did a great job on my hair I loved it (I think her name is Lisa older, slim lady short hair). It was busy that Saturday morning too much going on training customers waiting etc. I will definitely come back!

Haven’t been to a Supercuts in years since I was a kid, glad I decided to stop in. My normal barber books up fast I just didn’t have the time and this Supercuts location is open later than any other place around to get a haircut. I really wish I got the girls name that cut my hair today I came in at 7 with an online check-in the girl that cut my hair did a really great job it was quick and she still paid attention to detail. Thanks for the great cut I’ll be back for sure.
