Terrible service. Walked in and lady had an attitude and was also sick. Coughed on me while getting a haircut. Also did a sloppy job and didn’t even bother to brush the clippings off my hair and didn’t let me get a wash after. Will not fo here again. GREAT CLIPS has far better service. Haircut

The worst place I’ve ever been. My wife is pregnant and she needed to use a restroom. They didn’t allow to do this and we needed to go and find a place to use. We have a scheduled appointment and because of the problem I mentioned at the top we missed our appointment for 5 minutes. When we came back they said that I need to wait 2 more hours because I’ve already missed my time. Seriously? Plus, we have 1.8 months daughter and they didn’t allow her to come in because she didn’t have a mask. They said I can buy the mask at their store, or I need to leave the supercut. Never come back there.

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI went for a hair cut at 4:15 on 10/29.The lady screamed and said who getting a hair cut.I said I am talking to my kids right now can I get a minute and I told her that I have been waiting for you. She screamed and said “I was taking a piss”.Literally I never have seen someone at a business speak like this. I went to go get a haircut there 3 months ago and the lady cut my hair and made it exactly how I wanted it. that time she was very nice. she was very proud of it that she even took pictures of it. 3 months later I go to get my haircut the same way by the same lady(I requested her). I told her to cut it like last time. explaining to her what I wanted just like I did the first time. i also reminded her that she took photos but she was all like no I don’t remember you or what your hair looked like. even though I specifically told her what I wanted she ruined my hair and cut way too much. all I wanted was a simple trim.it wasn’t even close to what I told her to do. during my entire experience she was extremely rude to me. after she finished ruining my hair she was like oh yes now I remember you in the rudest way possible. like thanks that could of been useful 30 minutes ago but not after chopping someone’s hair. overall I had a terrible experience at the shop.
