I’ve been getting my hair cut by family members for many years. Due to busy lives I went to this Supercuts. There were two young ladies working. They were very happy to explain procedures and prices. I wanted my hair washed and about 18-20 inches of length cut off to donate to a non-profit organization that makes wigs and gives them to people who have hair loss due to medical conditions, trauma, side effects of medications or treatments. Both ladies were happy and friendly. The lady who washed, combed and cut my hair was Bernadette, she really loved working with hair! She shared some ideas of other things I could do with my hair, which I might try. I didn’t have to wait at all. The cut was $26 and the wash was $8. While I was there, a few women came in for a trim or haircut and one little boy got a hair cut. He wasn’t very happy but the lady who cut his hair and the woman who brought him talked him through it.

I’ve been going to this salon for many years and never an issue. I had made an appointment for 10:30 and when I got there it was 10:32. I called to let them know I was there like I was told to do which it made it 10:33. I was then told I was late and the hair stylist couldn’t see me but I could see the other stylist or come back in the afternoon. That’s because my stylist had already taken in another client and it looked like she was in the chair longer than 3 minutes. I did see the other stylist and she was very nice but wasn’t the same. To me my stylist took in another person that had either came in or called that would of have been more money at the time. Very unprofessional.

Friendly staff. It was nice that the stylist engaged my son and conversed with him. Haircut was nice and he was complimented on it several times. Pricing on the haircut is about average for the area.

There was one woman working and she said it would be a 20 min wait. 45 min later she is still cutting the same guys hair chatting about all their mutual friends, their dogs, family etc. I had promised my son it would be quick because he hates getting his haircut. I just couldn’t sit there and listen to her anymore and finally just left without a haircut. If you want to visit with a friend and catch up with them that’s awesome. But it’s amazingly rude to do it when you have someone waiting on you. Promised my son I wouldn’t take him back there.

Absolutely horrible I’ve went to get a taper fade and was told they cannot do a taper because they dont use razors only realy barbers do like what ? And when i arrive at home there was long hairs still every where on my head the lady did not take her time or put effort in the hair cut extremely disappointed! Yes the lady that cut my hair was very nice but come one now you can atleast be more professional enough to not leave long hairs Do not give them your service much prefer the one on Geer Rd.

I rushed over to get there at 6:46 in the door. There were two stylist cutting 2 people’s hair and one person waiting. One of the people getting their haircut look like they were almost finished. They refused to cut my hair. Makes me wonder how much earlier they would have actually cut me off
