Critical: QualityHairdresser Nadhiya was unprofessional. She took a personal call during my haircut and additionally had me wait 10 mins in the chair with my hair dripping wet as she took more calls and scheduled other appointments etc. After she cut my hair I realized that it was noticeably uneven on one side so I came back to have her fix it. Her solution was to layer my hair which resulted in an even worse haircut that was choppy and poor. I could tell from her technique that she was not used to cutting women’s hair, which is why my haircut was so bad. I scheduled and appointment specifically for highlighting my hair. The lady on call gave me an appointment for next day at 1:00 pm. They called me in at 1:15 pm and then the lady who took me in mad me sit on the salon chair and said I don’t do highlights on dark hair and so she requested other stylist to do it. After 10 minutes the other stylist came and said it will take me 4 hours to highlight and I can’t do this thing. I was so upset with them. Very unprofessional people, don’t give appointment if you can’t do your job.

Just called reception advised color takes an hour however but can’t be done in the same day and was not willing to take me right now. Mind you they close at 8pm have no wait. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location they don’t want to make money or care about the companies profit. As a professional stylist I was highly disappointed in customer service.
