I went to get a haircut shortly after salons were permitted to reopen. I believe the stylist I was assigned to was new, just based on how long it took to do the cut, but she did an excellent job. I made an appointment. The wait wasn’t long and the store was clean with enough space to stay away from others. The stylist and I both wore masks. It was a good experience overall.

Absolutely LOVE this shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes. I go to Bea (Beatrice) and she’s awesome! She is very patient and takes off just small increments at a time to get just the cut I want. Very convenient location and lots of very good hair products. I’ve gone to this shop for over a year and have never had a less than great experience. Love the price, too!

Took an inch off when I said about a half an inch. Shaved off my sideburns when I said only to trim them. Lady cleared hated her job and didn’t communicate. My mistake for thinking Supercuts could perform high-end service. Go back to cosmetology school. One star.
