I had my haircut at another salon, I went from hair past my shoulders to a pixie cut. The place prior to Supercuts butchered my hair. I called and spoke with Jacqueline. I explained my nightmare of a haircut. I showed up and she sat me down and went to work. I watched as she took what I had and turned it into a cut I could live with. Well… Needless to say… It took me a year to regrow my eye brows. So in short, I called Supercuts for a touch up on my brows and my lips. The young lady did an excellent job. Thumb up! Bravo!! Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had I asked them to leave it long on top about an inch off and basically balded me, and didn’t listen to me at all.
