Absolutely horrible customer service from this location. Meredith who I was told was the store manager was extremely rude. I made an appointment online for 4:35 pm for a hair appointment. Upon arrival I was not greeted as all 3 employees were cutting hair. After a minute or so of sitting I was asked by Meredith if I had an appointment for which I said yes, gave my name and appointment time. I was told that they had no more appointments available for the day. I told her I had already made an appointment and then asked if there was another Supercuts in town I could have accidentally made an appointment for. Meredith stated no this was the only one in town. I sat for a moment and went thru my phone to see if I had an appointment confirmed via email. Then walked up to the counter. At this point Meredith walked over and looked at her computer and said she had no appointments available. She asked if I had an email which I stated I was trying to find. She asked if it was for my daughter who was with me and I said yes. She then walked away and never said a thing to me. Didn’t offer to make an appointment for a different day. Didn’t ask the other employees if they had time or could help. Just ignored me and walked away. I left with my daughter and called the store number asking so speak to the manager. Meredith answered saying she was the store manager and the one I spoke to and the reason why she was unable to help me was because I was late. I told her I was not late. That the appointment I made was for 4:35 and that’s what time I arrived. Meredith replied that she looked at the clock when I walked in and that I was late. However, in person she said that she did not have an appointment at all for me. So which is it? Did I have an appointment or not? I asked if there was anyone else higher then her that I could speak to about the lack of quality customer service I received. She said no that she was the store manager. I asked if there was an owner or district manager that I could speak to. At that point she said she would take down my name and number but that I would be contacted. Meredith proceeded to say that her and her fellow employees did try to help me but that I came in late at 4:35 and they closed at 5. I explained that it wasn’t about the scheduling or computer issues it was about how I was treated and spoken to and that whoever is in charge of the store needs to know how their employees treat people. Complete lack of customer service. Plenty of other hair places to go to that offer excellent customer service. Lesson learned. Go somewhere else.

I will not be back to Supercuts I just walked in there there was no one in there getting their haircut no one was waiting to get their haircut and they said I needed a reservation. They said people were on the way. I asked if I can make a reservation for tomorrow they said no you have to do that online. They obviously don’t like money

I decided to be nice and give her a 5 dollar tip and accidentally put 25 because the machine said to put the total not the tip amount. This place has the worst customer service ever. They give okay haircut but there customer needs lot’s of work they advised me that will not answer the phone if they are booked for the day so you can just call and call cause they won’t answer you not even a so to you can call all day they will pretend you are not even hear it and go on with there day
