So it’s a little weird that the stylist asked if I wanted to wash my hair before or after, she started washing my purple hair with super hot water until I told her she is not supposed to do that. And a wash and cut only took 20 minutes. And to have my hair washed, cut, and dried was going to cost me 80$, and it doesn’t seem like she knew how to do curly hair because I now have a Bob and she wanted to try to blow dry my hair straight when all I said was I wanted it dried.

I went here to try to save some money. Learned the hard way not to be cheap lol. The girl totally chopped off my hair (I had a pixie cut that just needed a trim). She didn’t even try to make it look nice. I could have cut it myself, and it would’ve turned out the same. She was nice, but definitely didn’t know how to cut hair. Or at least how I wanted it.

My cut always looks great and if you download the app is easy to book a spot and head out for your cut, the drive there takes up the usual waiting time so when you show up your usually right on time and are seated for your styling right away!

Wanted to swing by here one afternoon to get a haircut and discovered it was closed around 4:45 in the afternoon. Store was supposed to be open until 7:00. No advance notice, only a small post it note on the front door, and no response from the staff sitting around in the shop talking. Chelsea cut my youngest daughter’s hair for her first official haircut a couple ago and it came out amazing!! The next time around we were serviced by another team member and my daughter’s hair came out a little uneven. This was mostly due to the texture of my daughters hair and how she chose to wear it. We went back to have it fixed and they were already closed but Chelsea was outside, recognized us and said she would fix my daughter’s hair anyways. She knew exactly how to cut it so it would fall how my daughter likes it. She’s amazing and I will definitely be taking my daughter back again. Thanks again Chelsea!
