This is the 3rd supercuts I’ve visited with the unlimited option and the best so far. Nathan took his time with my skin fade and meticulously made sure my ‘part line’ was perfectly straight. This will be my regular spot.

Nathan was very kind and sweet he does everything he can to make customers happy but his boss was very rude because I also needed a red wine or burgundy hair color they couldn’t do it that day which I completely understood but when I showed her a picture of what I had in mind she said my root was to dark and I could never get that color unless they bleached it that is fine but I didn’t want that exact same thing just something close to it or even a redish brown they’re the experts so they could figure it out but she had a negative attitude. I felt discriminated against because Nathan was trying to tell her oh but maybe we could try this or that, and she wouldn’t listen. She kept ignoring him instead of having a different attitude and I noticed she was kind to white customers. I don’t understand why people act that way. We are all the same nobody is better. Very dissapointing.!!! I got upset not for not getting what I wanted but mostly her attitude.

Personally supercars brand I really like it. But specifically this store I would highly recommend. That is this guy who does haircut and he’s very friendly and does a very great job. Also this store accepts the yearly or monthly subscription of Supercuts. So you paid $1.15 every month and you can get haircut unlimited number of times.

Very disappointed in the fact that they open at 9 but how are you supposed to schedule an appointment then if nobody is there until right that second. I was not able to book an appointment online as their website did not accommodate that. I called for a cut and was told “You can come in now and wait but we already have 3 People getting a cut and one waiting”. Well then why was I in the parking lot before 9 and waited until 905 and they still weren’t open.Went elsewhere ( Jenny’s Barber Shop, not even a half mile away) and got great customer service and a great cut
