Unfortunately, they do not know how to schedule their appointments. Or need help with this. They didn’t mark it down that I was coming for an appointment. What? Ended up waiting an hour for 2 haircuts because they asked me to. I was polite and patient. Then?? They took on someone else, while ignoring me. 2 times ok, not the 3rd time around. Will be good to make room for delays, that way we know and what to expect. Being realistic is good. I mean, they cut great hair, quite talented, some are attractive, good energy and are nice people, The stylist may have been under pressure but could have told me beforehand and then I can decide. Maybe they will get feedback to improve managing their scheduling and time. It semes to be most people’s issue here on the reviews, and that will help.

I made an appointment for 2:10, waited for about 30 minutes even though i walked in late. the girl who cut my hair didnt even know how to cut what i wanted so another stylist had to do if for her. when they were done my hair was uneven by about at least a half inch. Long haircut

Don’t go here. The chick that did my hair butchered it and doesn’t know how to blend AT ALL. All un even. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Now I have to go to where I should have gone in the first place and pay to get it fixed. Not cool. Look around the ear and side burns too. Sucks!! If it doesn’t have a pic it won’t let me upload load one.

I made an appointment the day before at 9:30 AM. When I arrived they were closed with people standing outside who had earlier appointments. I waited until 10 AM they never opened. The sign on the door says open at 9 AM.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI arrived 10 min late to an appt at 2:15 that I had booked online at the Capitola Supercuts for Friday 9/3/21. Traffic was horrible from the labor day week-end and this is why I was late. After waiting more then 30 min. additionally after the appt time I was informed that because I was late they would take another patron instead in front of me. Even if I had been on time the wait would have been 30 min with an appt! One hairdresser who seemed to be in charge talked with her back turned towards me to the other hairdresser that because I was 10-15 min late I would have to wait some more. “It’s not fair if she’s late to have her be next” was what she told the other hairdresser ; like I was not even sitting there. Very lousy way to treat a customer in my opinion. I walked out. I will never use Supercuts again and you have now lost my business.
