Second time asking for a low fade and little off the top so I can still gel the front. Got a high and tight and a SUPER high fade. Yanira tried but has ruined it for me. The shop is also super dirty and unsanitary. They don’t clean you with alcohol and they don’t clean their equipment, counters and barely sweep the hair off the floor.

Called one morning and made an appointment which they had an availability later that afternoon. One employee per Supercuts, so please be patient if you are not able to get an appointment. I do understand that they are not taking walk-ins at this time but I’m sure that will change soon. I was there a half hour getting a haircut by Pam, who is Awesome by the way. I witnessed two customers that were pretty rude to her. One gentleman was upset that they were not taking walk-ins, and Pam kindly explained why. He stormed out yelling and that he will go somewhere else. Another lady showed up asking if she needs to wear a mask. Pretty simple if you look around the establishment and if the people there are wearing a mask, pretty sure you must wear one.

Prices are cheap compared to many other places and they were able to see me last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Ladies working there friendly and seemed to have a good report with regulars. I am growing out my hair and just wanted a dry trim and they happily obliged. I’d go back for sure. I have thin, mostly straight hair that hits below the shoulder.

I have never had any problem with the staff or my haircut, the problem is that they never have enough staff. Every single weekend they typically only have 2 stylists working, and they often have to tell people by 1pm that they are booked for the day and can take no more appointments. It makes no sense to me with 3-4 empty chairs in the place.
