If I could give zero stars I would. It’s one thing if they mess up ur haircut but it’s completely another the way they treat u if u r unhappy. Completely unacceptable. And after everything the manager tried to fix it and still was unhappy and when going to check out she asked if I was going to leave a tip and being as unhappy as I was I said no and she actually got smug and rude bc I didn’t want to tip.
