Terrible and very scary moment. I booked an appointment for my little brother ( he speak French ) I had to translate for him. My brother sit in the chair, first I ask her if I can explain to her what my brother would like ( very simple cut ) short around his head and longer on the top. She was screaming at me , telling me that he wants skin , I was calm, answered that no he does not want skin just shorter. I even showed her a picture. She was screaming at me and after 2 minutes ask us to go home in a very rude way. I asked if she has an issue with us because my brother and I were completely shock, we were very polite and nice. I finally stand up for myself and told her that she was rude and she screamed go home ! I almost felt like we were attacked and I have no idea why. We of course will never come back to this place . We are now at family cut in mill valley and the customer are increasing nice with us.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter was sick 2 weeks ago and has a minor residual cough. We walked a mile on a warm day to get there, which brought out her cough. One little cough and they refused to cut her hair and kicked us out. Didn’t matter that she’s not contagious (we’ve been to the doctor) and wasn’t hacking. I’ll never step into this store again!
