I checked in online in advance. Arrived 1 minute before my selected time, knowing their could be a brief wait. Was asked if I had an appointment, answered yes. After an audible sigh from employee, I was then asked to come back in 30 minutes. Don’t take online check ins, ask if customer has an appointment, then ask to wait behind walk-ins. Walked out, you don’t get my business nor my intended holiday tip.

I am 30 years old and have been against military haircuts for all my life so when I showed pictures of mohawks I wanted the lady talked over me and said I know what haircuts you want iv been worried that people will treat me like a army brat or that not only am I not happy with the results but I’m afraid to go outside and be ashamed of myself because of supercuts I will have to hide for 4 months to let it grow back all I wanted was a mohawk I hope that hair dresser thinks about what she did and how ashamed she made a man cry

Three stars for the wait… I use to be able to go in and have a 15-20 minute wait, now with fewer staff the wait can be 30 to 45 minutes. I get a trim and the stylists are good. There are a couple who are excellent. However the staff changes day to day so you never know who will be doing the work. Probably not go back due to the wait.

I’ve been here four times, and I’ve had a different stylist every time. I’ve gotten one good stylist, two mediocre, and one terrible. The appointment system is never accurate (the place will be empty but there won’t be a slot available until the next day), and a haircut with a small tip will cost you $25. About the cut: When finished, my haircut was uneven (one side was longer than the other), there were random bulges around the sides, and the stylist was even receiving pointers from another stylist. I’ll put up with a lot for $14, but buyer beware. At $22 plus tip you will not get your money’s worth. Minus one star for price, minus two for stylist skill.

Great place to get a haircut. All the stylists here have years of experience with cutting and styling hair. Ask them how you want your hair cut, and they’ll get the job done easily. The stylist I especially recommend is Lan. She always knows what she’s doing, and she’s always on top on how hair should be properly styled and cut.
