If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I understand it’s supercuts and you get what you pay for, but I was received the worst treatment here. I have pin straight hair and the stylist began with brushing my hair so fast and aggressively, that the comb got caught in my hair and fell. Keep in mind, I was waiting patiently for my turn, as soon as a male customer walked in after me, this sense of urgency was created to get me out of the way to attend to the other male customer. If a manager or anyone else had been supervising, they would not have allowed the aggressiveness that was used on me. I came in for a trim (my hair was originally half way down my back, past my chest) I left with my hair at shoulder length. Not only was I handled aggressively but the cuts were incredibly sloppy, uncalculated, and rushed. I don’t know much about hair cuts but it’s obvious when it’s being done wrong. I spoke up about the unevenness in my hair and was met with a snarky, “of course not”. Being a paying customer that was treated this way for no other apparent reason other than the fact that they wanted to get me out of the salon to attend the other male customer sickens me. Hair grows back but this mistreatment is appalling. I have never ever written a review before in my life, but I felt it was necessary to bring attention to this situation.

I walked in here with long stringy hair and left with a really cute short layered cut. The woman who helped me was really sweet, I’m having trouble remembering her name but I think it was Qynn. She even gave me the best scalp massage when washing my hair. Great experience. Will definitely come back to see her
