I went to Super Cuts, Crow Canyon and made an appointment with Kim the hairstylist. I wanted to do a color touchup and told her I only wanted to go a shade lighter like a lighter brown from my roots (I’m naturally a dark brown & have ash blonde lightings ). She said she will try to match me. But she never showed me a color chart, she comes back with the color bowl that looked lumpy, not mixed very well. After sitting for 40 min, she finally washes my hair. The color turned red orange…nothing what I had expected . I got home dried my hair thinking it will look better, it was worse. I called her the next morning to get it fixed and she said thats the only color she can do for me. The only color? I understand Super Cuts is not a high end salon but your telling me that’s the only color you can do? So she refused to fix it. This is the worst hair salon I ever went to. Besides the haircut wasn’t what I wanted it, she also ruined my eyebrows and when I try to talk to her, the answer would always be “wait until the hair grows again” and wouldn’t even bother to make eye contact with us, and she would ignore us and wouldn’t even help us fix the haircut. I never recommend to come to this haircut ever.

Kim is the best! She has a great team as well . Best Supercuts around. I have been to fancy places but no need to because this feels and is a fancy place with Kim’s attention to detail.
