My experience was excellent! The people complaining on here, I have seen the way you act in the salon! Wow! Rude and always think they can walk in and demand service, drop kids off and leave, are very disrespectful to the staff and like to cause a seen…its very sad that adults act that way in front of children. If a stylist is with a client and you have online reservation, you still have to wait! Common sense. Oh and lets not forget that you leave a $1 or $2 tip…How Rude!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI called and made an appointment over the phone for 3:30pm. I showed early at 3:10pm and checked in with the gentleman at the front desk. I was wearing my mask and there was two other customers waiting in the lobby waiting area. The man at the front desk proceeded to check me in the system and started to check my temperature then he asked me to please wait outside. I step outside and began to wait outside the store under the hot sun for 5mins and began to break a sweat because it was 95 degrees hot! I then sat in my car for another 30mins which was parked directly in front of the store and by then the time was 3:45pm and I was fed up and decided to leave. I didn’t even want a haircut anymore and I really wanted to write and share my review. I don’t understand why I wasn’t allowed to wait inside when there was clearly enough room while maintaining social distancing. I’m not sure why SuperCuts didn’t not honor the appointment time when I was early and present in advance. SuperCuts need to have better customer service and accommodations especially when they’re asking their customer to stand outside in the hot sun with no seating or shade provided. I was wearing my mask and there was two other customers waiting in the lobby waiting area. Made an appointment online and when I showed up for it they told me they couldn’t honor appointments because they had too many walk-ins. I wouldn’t be mad if there had been some sort of disclaimer saying that appointments were subject to them not having walk-ins(in which case what is the point of having an appointment system). They just lost my business with one bad interaction after 4+ years of me going there.
