We went to get a haircut at 956am. Lady was already taking care of a customer when we came in, she was by herself at the time. She was nice enough to take us in as a walk-in customer, then a few moments while she was taking our information another gentleman customer walks-in and waited for us to finish with the lady. After we’re done, the lady also took the gentleman’s information, I overheard that customer had no appointment just like us. When the lady finished servicing the customer she was doing when we came in earlier, she calls the gentleman behind us. The gentleman even said: “They came before me” (referring to us, who came before him). I them asked that lady if she’s not going by who comes first for walk-ins, which the lady avoided to answer. Wanting to avoid any arguments, I just let it go, out of respect to the gentleman customer. Certainly, I would like to share this experience. A ridiculously sad event that could happen in one’s morning trying to get a haircut. I can only speculate why the lady put us behind, maybe she thinks we’d tip less than the gentleman before us, who knows how she figures that out. To make me feel better, the second lady, who just came in took me and cut my hair, did a very wonderful job, so wonderful I gave her a substantial amount of tip.

Stephanie did my hair and she’s very talented and pleasant. She did a great job on the haircut and color and i was very pleased with the overall experience. She comes in on Thursdays and Fridays but best to check in case I’ve missed a day.- Gina

They got me in quickly, but she was focused on her next client whom she knew. I had an appt and was on time. She argued about my hair needing not to be too “masculine”. She was rough and in a hurry.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Very unhappy with the recent changes at Supercuts – the management at this location needs a lot of sensitivity training at the VERY least – they apparently need to learn how to do their banking correctly, too, as paychecks have BOUNCED!!! Haircut

I’ve taken my kids there about 4 times and they do a great job. Always polite and timely. One of my kids is a little squirmy and they always do such a good job with him. Go online and sign in for a quick turn around.

The hairdressers are always friendly and open to comments on how you prefer to have your hair styled. They are very competent and efficient and work hard to provide your desired result. I’ve used them for more than 10 years and will continue to do so.

Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible service. I called in advance to make appointment for my son haircut for his school pictures. We walked in on that day and they all looked at us like we were aliens. Told us to come back on another day because the guy that cuts hair wasn’t there. Mind you I made appointment in advance for that day with the barber . This has happened twice now. Never again. Fresh prince in Hayward is soooo good though! They cut my son hair so nice, I finally found good barbers with great customer serviceTerrible service. Terry and Heather are the ones to ask for. They both did haircuts for me before and I was happy when I walked out. They listen to how I wanted it cut and did a great job.
