I scheduled an appointment online and walked in. The lady led me to the haircut chair. It was filthy and still had hair on the chair and floor from the previous cut. I asked the lady if she could clean it. She blew it with the blow dryer for like 2 seconds. Check out the camera footage if the store has it. I asked her if they disinfect and she said she forgot and went some where to get some disinfecfant…she then sprayed it down. The photos are after she blew it.

Beware!!! Over the past two years I went there only twice to get a haircut.. When I was there last, I had forgotten what happened to me previously, but when I was at the register paying, she double charged me again and then I remembered that this happened to me before. While I was putting in my credit card, she quickly changed the amount and added the same amount twice to my charge. Luckily I saw it and asked her why I have been charged twice. She then said, that I must have added the double charge on my end while i was putting in my credit card pin. I knew that this in not possible and thought that she must have done it on purpose. She then took a long time trying to fix the problem which she couldn’t without calling on the manager.

The person in charge seemed very rushed, she spoke very fast was kind of hard to understand. Then she cut my hair and I kept telling her to take more off but she didn’t as there were peoplecwsiting and she was rushing. I ended up having to go back in there 4 times bafore she could fix my hair bybtaking more off. I may go back there again, but I will not want the same stylist; communication was difficult, could have been the masks.

I had a great customer service experience at this Supercut location in Benicia. They were able to get me in right away and stylist Marina was who cut my hair. She was very attentive and did a great job with the haircut. They were very busy and phone was ringing off the hook.
