You get what you might expect… And it’s not great (but it’s okay). To be clear, I got what I was anticipating – a no nonsense cut – but this visit was disappointing. This was my second time going to Supercuts as an adult with long hair, my first time at this specific location. It’s bare bones. Definitely not a spa experience and I’m okay with it but it felt like she didn’t really understand hair and how it would look. I just need a straight across trim and don’t want to pay $100…. So I called on my way over and there was no wait on a Sunday afternoon. They spritz your hair a bit, she cut and checked the length with me which was nice. But now I know why hair stylists spend so much time parting your hair a bajillion times and making small cuts — when I got home and put my hair in a ponytail it looked awful. So did I get the dead ends cut off? Yes. Did I get a haircut I feel good about? Not really. But for $20 I guess I can’t be too sad about it….

The barbers are excellent, didn’t have a long wait. It’s always nice when a barber can provide input to help you get a good haircut instead of just doing what you ask, helped me get a better haircut than I’ve had in a while.

Haircut was good, but I always feel rushed out by the stylist. There wasn’t even anyone here waiting and the lady you could tell was just trying to get it done as fast as possible. Note to stylists, take your time when you can afford to, your customers will appreciate it and it may net you a bigger tip.

I’ve been coming to Ling for the last 8 months and have received some great haircuts. The salon is clean and Ling works very quickly. COVID policies here help with safety but are not prohibitive – it is very easy and convenient to make an appointment online, masks are worn at all times, and the salon is well-ventilated.

Absolutely horrible. My two year old would give a similar cut. I went in & explicitly said I wanted a bang trim & that I wanted to keep them a little longer. She kept cutting even when I said stop. She didn’t follow the cut line & cut the sides off. My bangs look like a little girls-sticking straight out & way too short- nothing like I asked for. It was as though she was trying to correct her botched work & kept going. First time I have not tipped a person in the beauty industry & I told her I was angry but she didn’t care or didn’t understand. Absolutely awful & have no idea why she is allowed to cut hair. Am furious & have to wait weeks for this to grow out.
