I came here for haircut with an appointment. I told her to do long layers and trim my hair so that i can get rid of my split ends . She did nothing. My hair was same as before.she just did v cut . I asked her 2 times she said i did layers .totally unsatisfied. I used to go to supercuts always when i am in michigan. I recently came to bay area and visited supercuts , but totally unsatisfied. Never return to this place again.
