First off, hair does grow back, what doesnt grow back is the awful pics i had to take on christmas day with my new buzz cut. Politely asked for none to be cut off the top, just to make sure its even. when the haircut was 99 percent done she combed my hair forward and cut off the front, making it shorter than the rest of the top. Couldnt stop her as i thought she was just eyeing it was even, then FWOOP. Gone. worst haircut I’ve ever had in over 20 years of supercuts. It’s been 6 weeks and my hair finally grew back to where it was that day.

Today before I went to this location I called to see if they were open and if I could make an appointment for my 5 year old boy. The Lady on the phone told me they do not take appointments, just come in. As we walked in the lady was busy with a client and did not even look up. I added my sons’s name to the waiting list and waited as there were 3 people in front of us. While the lady was halfway done with the third person a guy walked in who she clearly knew because he gets a friendly greeting from her. 10 seconds later the lady asked me if we would like to come back in a half hour because the person she is working on takes a lot more work than usual. We are waiting for awhile now but we have no problem waiting longer. 20 minutes later she is done and my son gets excited that it is finally his turn. I WAS SHOCKED THAT SHE ASKED THE GUY TO COME IN HER CHAIR THAT WALKED IN AFTER US. When I told her that we were first, she came up with a bad excuse and said that her colleague would be there in a few minutes. WE LEFT AND WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
