One of the staff members was extremely rude and gave the impression she did not want to be there, the shop was empty and she said she couldn’t take me. She said my haircut was done when she hadn’t cut the top of my hair. Was extremely rude to an elderly man who didn’t have an appointment and told him he was in the wrong place. Terrible service

They ask way too many questions and try to get a lot of personal information just to cut your which I wasn’t a fan of. They messed up my hair and charged me 25 dollars for it. I tried to get some kind of discount or something because 25 is way too much for that hair cut but they didn’t want to. If you’re going to charge a lot of money to ruin someone’s look at least discuss prices before surprising them with the high bill. The person working there barely spoke English did not know what to do with my hair it honestly looked like she just cutting at random because the way she tried to leave it was hilariously bad like if it was halfway done. I honestly don’t like complaining but I was extremely dissatisfied with my hair cut and I feel robbed and humiliated to walk around with the mess they left on my Head. You’re better off cutting your hair yourself

Cut my hair WAY TOO short. I brought a photo of what style I wanted about 4-5inch layers, I left with 2-3 inch layers. VERY disappointed. The sign said $6 shampoo but I was charged $10. Parking is not easy, street metered. Public transportation is close by. Salon was clean & pleasant decor & comfortable seating.
